I love storytelling at the intersection of strategy, community, and digital media

Hi, I'm Sabrina.

I’m a communications professional and digital storyteller focused on creating meaningful, audience-centered media.
My work sits at the intersection of social media, storytelling, and community—helping organizations translate ideas into content that feels human, engaging, and clear. I specialize in short-form digital storytelling, social strategy, and content that connects with people across cultures and platforms.

Before moving fully into professional media work, I studied how language and culture shape media representation. That background still informs how I approach storytelling today: thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a strong focus on audience and impact.

I currently work in social media and digital content strategy at Twin Cities PBS while also producing media for mission-driven organizations and collaborative projects.

About my work

I love creating digital content that makes complex ideas feel approachable and relevant. Much of my work focuses on short-form video, social storytelling, and audience engagement—translating stories into formats designed for how people actually consume media today.

My social video work has reached millions of viewers across platforms, with projects ranging from educational storytelling to brand campaigns and community-centered media. I collaborate with organizations whose missions align with education, culture, and community impact, bringing together strategy and creativity to produce content that resonates.

Collaborative Projects

I produce media and digital storytelling for organizations focused on culture, community, and social impact, including projects with BIPOC Foodways Alliance and other mission-driven partners.

My work spans content planning, video storytelling, and social media strategy, helping organizations tell stories that connect with their audiences in authentic ways.

Research & Media Insight

My background in linguistics and media research informs how I approach digital storytelling, especially around language, representation, and audience perception.

Selected work explores how language and culture shape media narratives, including publications in journals such as Language Policy and Journal of Multilingual & Multicultural Development.
